The App is built with privacy in mind. We do not require you to register an account, and we do not seek to collect personally identifiable information as part of ordinary use. Our design philosophy prioritizes keeping data on your device wherever technically possible, limiting our exposure to user content.
Where any processing does occur, it is limited in purpose, proportionate to the feature being delivered, and not used for secondary goals such as advertising, profiling, or the sale of data to third parties.
Under standard conditions, the App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, payment details, or any other data that would directly identify you as a natural person. We do not build behavioral profiles, interest graphs, or persistent identifiers tied to your identity.
We do not access, scan, or harvest content stored elsewhere on your device, such as your photo library, contacts, or messages, beyond what you explicitly initiate within the App.
When the App is in use, certain non-identifiable technical information may be collected automatically. This can include your device model, operating system version, language and region settings, general usage patterns, and approximate location inferred from your IP address.
This information is processed in aggregated or anonymized form and is used solely to monitor service performance, diagnose technical errors, maintain stability, and support internal product development. It does not allow us to identify you as an individual, and it is not shared externally in a form that could be linked back to you.
The App's core features involve the creation and transformation of audio and video content. In using these features, you may provide recordings of your voice, video footage, or imagery that includes your face or likeness.
All such content is processed locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or retain your voice recordings, video files, or facial imagery on our servers or any external infrastructure. The processing takes place entirely within the App environment on your hardware.
This data is not used for any purpose beyond generating the output you requested. We do not analyze it for secondary purposes, use it to train AI models, or share it with third parties in any form. When you delete the generated content or uninstall the App, that data is permanently removed from the App environment.
To function as intended, the App may request access to specific capabilities of your device. These permissions are requested only when you attempt to use a feature that requires them, and they are never activated silently or without your knowledge.
Microphone access is necessary to capture voice input when using audio creation or voice transformation features. Camera access is required when you choose to record video or apply real-time visual effects. Access to your device storage may be needed to save output files you have chosen to keep.
You remain in full control of these permissions at all times. You may review and modify them through your device's operating system settings. Revoking a permission will disable the associated feature but will not affect your access to other parts of the App.
The App offers optional paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. All payment transactions are handled exclusively through the platform operator — Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. We do not receive, store, or process your payment card details or billing information directly.
Any data associated with your purchase is governed by the privacy policy of the relevant platform operator, not by this document.
The App does not share user-generated content — including audio, video, or face data — with external services or third-party platforms. Any content produced within the App remains on your device unless you actively choose to export or distribute it yourself.
In certain cases, anonymized technical data may be processed by third-party analytics or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. These providers are contractually restricted from using such data for purposes beyond those we specify and are not permitted to sell or independently exploit it.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect the integrity of our systems and any data we process. Because user-generated content is handled locally on your device, the security of that content depends significantly on the protective measures you maintain on your own device, such as screen locks, system updates, and access controls.
No digital system is entirely free from risk. While we take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.
Because we do not store personal or user-generated data on external servers, there is no centralized retention period to speak of for most data types. Content generated or processed through the App exists solely on your device for as long as you choose to keep it there.
Anonymized technical data used for analytics may be retained for internal reporting purposes for a limited period consistent with those purposes, after which it is deleted or further anonymized.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding the personal data we hold about you, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its processing.
